Welcome to the Enjoy Driving application, where this application helps you with services (transportation, delivery, and trips). When using the Enjoy Driving application, these terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether you are a client, representative, or captain) and the Comfortable Driving Establishment for managing taxi vehicles, which is the owner and developer of the Enjoy Driving application.
Before using the Enjoy Driving application, please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you agree to the terms and conditions, you must comply with them. Enjoy Driving will control the personal data you provide during the registration process, as well as other personal data you provide directly in your personal account for using the Enjoy Driving application and its services.
When you use the Enjoy Driving application, you may receive one or more services (transportation or delivery) by sharing your account information with Enjoy Driving, which will act as a separate data controller. In addition, Enjoy Driving controls all data received, processed, and used as part of the on-demand transportation services.
Terms and Conditions
Registration Process
To become a user in the Enjoy Driving application, you must first fill out the registration form with all the required documents, then agree to the terms and conditions and fill out the registration form either through the application or the website (http://www.enjoy-driving.com.sa/), or send the data to us. Once the registration is complete, it is considered an agreement to the terms and conditions of Enjoy Driving, and you are responsible for all obligations stated therein.
Mandatory Requirements (Client, Representative, or Captain)

The user must be at least 18 years old.
•
The user must have full legal capacity to work.
•
The user must agree that any use of the application will be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and applicable law.
•
The user must not have previously benefited from Enjoy Driving's services and have been banned or blocked from using the application.
•
The user must comply with all laws and regulations applicable and the terms and conditions.
•
The user must provide accurate and truthful information to Enjoy Driving, and you must comply with any notifications made by Enjoy Driving regarding the services it provides to ensure the acceptance of the registration request.

The user must keep all login contents and numbers secure.
•
The user must provide all required documents proving his identity or the identity of his vehicle.
•
Enjoy Driving has the right to reject your request if the above conditions are not met without giving you the reasons.
Vehicle Specifications
Vehicles must comply with the specifications of the transportation authority.
Payment, Prices, and Collection
The Enjoy Driving application displays all prices for each service, and the price may change depending on the location and time of the service request or the country. There are fixed prices for some services, and there are prices based on distance or time. The application may update prices at any time, and you must always be aware of the prices.
Payments
Receiving payments from the customer to the application:

Through the bank: Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, STC Pay. Delivery of payments from the application to the captain and representatives:

Through the bank. If the bank is not Alinma Bank, a bank fee of 7 SAR will be applied.
•
Through STC Pay.
Service Price
We have the right to set the service price for the services provided (transportation, delivery, or others).
Scope of Use of Enjoy Driving
The scope of use of the Enjoy Driving application is within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
User Restrictions (Client, Representative, or Captain)
You will not and will not attempt to:

Use the Enjoy Driving application in a manner that violates the law.
•
Transport any goods or similar that are criminal according to the laws applicable in the country of use.
Ownership Rights
Ownership of the Enjoy Driving application belongs to the Comfortable Driving Establishment for managing taxi vehicles. The application, including all its interfaces, graphics, designs, information, content, software used, and services, is exclusively owned by the Comfortable Driving Establishment for managing taxi vehicles Enjoy Driving, and they are registered trademarks. Comfortable Driving Establishment for managing taxi vehicles retains all rights not expressly granted to you.
Sharing Personal Data
We have the right to share data with official authorities (whether the Ministry of Transport, logistics services, or others) that require user data (representative or captain) to enable obtaining permits for use.
We have the right to share data with law enforcement officers, financial regulatory authorities, and governmental authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We have the right to share data with Google regarding the use of maps (Google Maps/Earth).
We have the right to share data with all airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as land and sea transport, including when these authorities request data as a condition for working in these facilities.
Termination of Enjoy Driving Use
We reserve the right to terminate your use of Enjoy Driving and close your account immediately if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or if you engage in behavior that we deem to be contrary to the laws applicable in the country of use.
Comfortable Driving Establishment for managing taxi vehicles Enjoy Driving, and according to its discretionary authority, has the right to terminate your account or prevent you from accessing the Enjoy Driving application at any time without the need to send prior notice to you.
Modification of Terms and Conditions or Enjoy Driving
We reserve the right to modify the application at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, modifying all or some of the terms and conditions stated herein. All users are responsible for staying informed of the terms and conditions or any modifications that may occur.
Termination by the User
If you are not satisfied with the Enjoy Driving application, please inform us by sending us an email through the application or the website.
Notifications
We have the right to send notifications to you through the application or the website. These notifications will be considered information for you once you log into the application, and you must continuously check and comply with them..
